It is rather crazy to think back and realize that I have already been back in the United States for over a year now.  Not only that, I returned to Alaska with the weight on my shoulders with school.  I had to get my credits for the year I missed as well as finish up my senior year.  Although I did not think I could do it, I got through... and with decent grades.  How?  I have no idea.  I don't even know how I stayed somewhat sane.  I really did go down another rabbit hole in my life.  Yet again I have fallen into ANOTHER one.  Seattle, here I am.  Graduated and ready to speed off into life.  School sounds so very appealing; especially school

This town is so full of life from the people, yet full of dramatic nonsense at the same time.  In the summer, this place is fantastic, alive and breathing at every moment.  Yet during the winter months and just before summer, it seems the town goes into a coma.  There is no life, there is no light.  There is nothing but rain, wind and dark winter hours.  This town needs more art, it needs more flowers.  It needs more structures and generally better power.  Closer and closer it seems my departure for long lost Brasil awaits me...  Each breath is a breath closer to learning a new language, a new culture, new adventures and new memories to be fo
